I've made a raw disk image copy of an old hard drive using clonezilla with the following options:/usr/sbin/ocs-sr -q1 -c -j2 -rescue -z0 -i 0 -sfsck -scs -senc -p poweroff savedisk 2024-02-15-10-img sda
I did this so i could restore deleted data from a harddrive that's starting to show signs of failure, without damaging it even further. This should be a 1-1 copy of the drive and thereby allowing me to retrieve deleted data.
My Question is: Most recovery software only allow .img/.raw/.dd files. The produced raw image is in a folder and contains multiple small files. How do i convert it to an .img file
My Folder structure looks like this.Ive seen multiple posts online tackle how to do this using a zipped file, but this is an uncompressed file.I'd also like to avoid doing a second image as much as possible, to avoid further damage to the hard drive.
